Wairoa Young Achievers Trust Grants
Since its inception in 2004, the Wairoa Young Achievers Trust has been involved in initiating and collaborating on a range of projects to support and strengthen individuals, groups and agencies throughout Wairoa district.
Part of this work involves the monthly consideration of financial grants for groups and individuals to help with their development in sport, academia, the arts and life skills.
Who can Apply
Applications are open to all ‘Young Achievers’ aged up to 24 years, from within Wairoa District. Application forms and criteria lists can be downloaded from this website.
Trustees meet on the last Thursday of every month to consider all applications. Completed applications must be submitted via email, post, or directly to a trustee, by the Friday before the meeting.
Decisions regarding applications are at the Trustees’ discretion, and are dependent on the number received, and the level of funds available, for that month.
